How do I add a subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Subscriptions → Add Subscription. Fill in the service name, amount, billing cycle, and next bill date.

Can I track subscriptions in different currencies?

Yes! Pro and Premium users can track subscriptions in any currency. Free users are limited to USD. Upgrade your plan to unlock multi-currency support.

How do renewal alerts work?

SaveSub automatically sends you email notifications 3 days, 1 day, and on the day of each subscription renewal so you're never caught off guard.

How do I cancel my subscription to SaveSub?

You can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Account. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

Is my payment information stored?

No. SaveSub does not store your payment card details. All billing is processed securely through Stripe.

How does the AI Savings Agent work?

Our AI analyzes your subscription usage patterns and identifies opportunities to save money, consolidate services, or find cheaper alternatives.
